It seems to shift fine without the chain on it yet or the derailleur tuned. The only problem I foresee is the cable housing protruding between one or more of the connections because there is no cable stops holding it in a solid place. imgur: the simple image sharer

Besides the housing been a little to long near the handlebar and the heads of the zipties showing, I think you did a pretty good job, I will rotate the ziptie heads to the inside/under and even experiment running the housing on top of the chainstay, but all and all you did good..

Ps: adjust your rear der. with the cable not attach and using your hand to push it over the range of gears, that way you isolate cable tension problems from limit screw adjustments issues..
