What Do You Want?

If you're looking for lightweight try action tec or phil wood ti

Durability: Phil Wood steel

Cheap but good: Shimano UN-7x Ask at the LBS or most online places have them.

Phil and Action Tec both sell through their respective websites too

I also have a problem with cook's E series crankset. somehow drive side tapered hole is bigger than the other. (spindle will flash the crank surface before tighten enough)
I tried couple of different angle spindles with same result,,,,,
anyone know where I can order fully custom made Ti spindle?

do they make shims for bugger'd (over) square taper holes?
It's obviously drive side crank arm has defective, I call to Jack(Cook Bros Racing) and he said thats my fault, because I didnt check a taperd hole when I got crankset, then he hang up the phone!!:madmax:

I don't think they have extra crank arm left over.

Only I can do is take a spindle to machine shop to extend taperd area and shorten the spindle a little.

I'm always late to these forums...
I have an E-crank and it split from the square hole in the direction of the crank arm. The spider is still holding it together, but it won't last. Check yours for cracks. A new spindle obviously won't help if you have a crack that opens up only when it's under stress.

I'm looking for a black drive side 175mm, if anyone's got one. I'm not picky on color either. The only reason I'm not throwing it out is because I just got new chainrings which won't fit on any other comparable crank I can think of. I'm open to suggestions.
Thanks.
