Just bought a new Zaskar. So, my old Zaskar is free to become the singlespeed! Since I'll be ditching a ton of weight in the process (shifters, derailuers etc.) why stop there - the Judy must go. It won't be a big loss - it's basically a ridged at this point. It has about .75" of travel left in it. I didn't realize how beat that fork was until feeling the new Reba on the trail - felt like a full suspension bike by comparison...

So, I am clueless on what ridged to replace the Judy with - don't even know the proper headtube dimenions, e.g. 1 1/4"?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I believe the Judy's back then were 2" of travel, so I think you'll want a fork with an axle to crown of about 400 mm.
I doubt it's a 1 1/4" steerer, by '95 things had begun to standardize; more likely 1 1/8".
