Anyone riding a single speed Zaskar with either the Eno Hub or an eccentric Bottom Bracket? Looking to do the conversion and would love to hear some success stories and maybe some photos. Thanks! :)

sounds good to me...

i've riding a schwinn homegrown and a zaskar team, both are very sweet climbers...they'd make good single speed bikes. i'd think the best way to go is a eno though, i am pretty sure it would be almost impossible to find someone to do an ebb on a aluminum frame (i think gene spicer would probably do it if possible, check out spicer cycles).

just eno (or use a tensioner) and convert your cranks...and you're ready to roll. i may eno my ti dean duke when they come out with the disc eno eccentric hub later this summer.

cheers!
