What frames brands have them?

If you mean slider dropouts, then Lynskey and Moots come to mind.

I've got the sliders on my Moots Gristle-YBB they work great. I can run SS or geared without any problems.

Cheaper production frames with sliders include the Voodoo Dambala and Kona Unit 2-9 in the steel variety.

I know the 08-09 stumpjumper 29er hardtails did, along with the rockhopper 29ers.
