What adapter (if any) do I need to convert Mavic Crossmax SX 26" rear wheel to fit my Specialized P3 bike (10mm dropouts).

Are there any options to fit a 10mm thru axle or bolt on axle on said Mavic rear wheel to avoid using QR?
