I would like to convert this rim to tubeless. Which kit would you recommend for this? Would the Orange Seal Tubeless kit worj and should I choose 24 or 18 mm?

Same kit as you would use in a rim that's not asymmetric.
Any tape that's between 25mm and 30mm should work, personally I would go with a tape that would reach the walls that would make a better seal and when removing the tires the probability of damaging the tape setup would be lower.

Your link goes to a rim that is 28mm wide internally, so you want tape that is 34mm wide to go bead to bead so the tyre forms a seal with the tape and not the rim/tape, as there's possibilities of leaks, damaging the tape when removing the tyre, etc. Loads of info here on setting up tubeless.

I've converted my BTLOS 30mm inner using this

and some DT Swiss tubless valves with removable core.

I mounted the tires initially w/o sealant, and they actually kept the pressure for 2 days (dropped from 30 psi to 27psi). Added 60ml sealant for a 29" 2.5 Minion and a 2.3 Aggressor. Holds the air very well.
