Blue Mtn is more tame and has fewer stunts than it did a few years ago. I believe they are trying to make it safer and more appealing to the masses (to generate more business) - I know the younger more daring kids don't really like the changes but they do appreciate the venue as it is one of the few remaining DH places in Ontario. I haven't ridden there this year so I'm not sure of the latest changes and I haven't taken my hardtail there although I did see a few guys on their SC Chameleons and they seemed to be having a blast. If I remember correctly, I think most of the "stunts" had optional routes. Hopefully someone chimes in who has ridden it this yr.Mr. Roach said:Is the loops have stunts incorporated in them or are they tame? Is the DH tame, ie. can i bring my hardtail and still have fun?
All of the stunts are gone and the double diamond runs are closed...you'll still need to rent body armor if you don't have your own to get a trail passMr. Roach said:Is the loops have stunts incorporated in them or are they tame? Is the DH tame, ie. can i bring my hardtail and still have fun?
