Hi all,

I have a DVO jade x with DVO progressive spring and notice there's a clicking sound whenever I compress, it's subtle but it's there. There's nothing wrong with the function of the shock at all.

I changed the spring to the Sprindex which the provide a sort of red color plastic washer that goes between the spring both ends and the clip from the shock.

No clicking sound from the shock when using Sprindex however I have it on the DVO spring(which installed without any washer like Sprindex).

Both spring have the right preload, no problem on that.
Any clues how to can fix it?

Very lightly grease the spring where it sits against the collar/spring seat. Or try flipping the spring upside down.
