I upgraded my brakes on my Evil from Guide RSCs to Code RSCs.
I also have a 200m up front and the 180 in back.

Was thinking of making the rear a 200m as well.

Any issues with this? Most of the time I see people recommending the 200 front and 180 rear combo.
What is the reasoning for this and not having 200 on both?

200mm rear can make the rear too easy to lock up, for one. Most of your power is up front anyway. I run 200/180 and the brake power feels balanced between the two brakes, i.e. the same effort at each lever brings similar power to each wheel.

Some bikes don't have room for that big a rear rotor as well. My buddy's bike will fit one, but it's extremely close to the frame. If that rotor warps or gets bent so much as 1mm, it's going to saw into the chain stay.
