I am having problems removing the drive-side of my Cannondale/CODA EX3 crankset. The non-drive side came off without a hitch once I removed the bolt, the drive side won't budge. What do I do? How do I know if it is self extracting or not? I have the park tool CWP-6 by chance and although it would fit I have never done this before and don't know what to do. Any help or links would be greatly appreciated.
I read somewhere that a coin could be used to help this process. I think I am just not clear how this should work.
If it is of use the BB is the shimano Octalink, and I am removing it as well.
