600 feet long, or 600 feet of elevation gain? Other than that, nice!
Terry, are you still tuning pianos?

Tough climb for sure!
That’s bad ass! Does anyone ride a uni with a geared hub to go faster or up steep stuff? I’m equally impressed with the decent too.

thanks Ben, yeah still tuning although work has been slow due to...well, you know.

I have a Schlumpf geared 26er uni but it would be next to impossible to climb a hill that steep in high gear, with the ratio of 1:1.5. Downhill is easy compared to the climb and I look at it as the reward for going up. 🙂

Yeah, the length is bit over 600 feet. My guess on elevation gain would probably be about 175 feet, making it roughly 29% grade.

The Schlumpf geared hub increases the ratio, ie makes a small wheel into a big wheel. Sadly there is not a hub the reduces the ratio, if there was I’d have a geared 36er.
