Hi,

I just got my 2005 Epic.

During my first ride I noticed a distinct clicking noise comming from the either the shock pivots or the seat post. I am not sure how to fix this problem or what the cause is?

Does anyone have any suggestions or had a simmilar experience?

The clicking is not constant. It only appears on heavy pedaling or rough terrain.

Check the seat post to make sure it has a light coating of grease. A dry seat post will creak. Sometimes shops miss that when setting up a bike.
