are there any adaptors out there to take a rear 22mm direct to the frame mounted hayes hydro caliper and put it on a 2009 standard frame mount?

What you have is like gold...you could probably sell the 22mm mount caliper for enough to buy a new 74mm caliper.

That said Hayes Part No. 98-15281 is what you need

why is an old hayes brake so good if you dont mind me asking??
Its not that its so good (though the old Hayes G1 calipers are pretty bullet proof), its that its a direct 22mm mount caliper. Several companies such as Trek, Fisher, and Schwinn made very nice frames with these 22mm disc mounts on the chainstay. There are some adapters made that have mixed success, but the 22mm direct mount is clean and works great.
