Does anyone know what splines the antenna side is and have any tips for removing it from a crank arm?

Splines are the same as all thier Cinch cranksets. There is a special crank arm removal tool that's including with the PM when you buy it. See:

I was hoping it was something like a Shimano cassette tool. I can't find that tool in the instructions anywhere and Raceface refuses to answer emails.

I'd call a few bike shops and see if they might have the tool in the shop, or have a shop contact Raceface. Often manufacturers are more responsive to shops and prefer customers go through a shop.
