Not steel but some Azonic bars are available in shiney polished aluminum.

If you wanna go real cheap Nashbar has a polished aluminum one, and they also have some easy rider polished steel handlebars that I'm tempted to buy just to see what it feels like to ride with them.

edit: I forgot to say that I ride the Nashbar aluminum ones on my converted ss and they work fine. I just wish that they were a bit longer.
