chris king hum confusion

hello all

ive got a wheelset i had built up using all new chris king hubs - both quick release. and im thinking of taking them with me to my new bike - which will probably have 12mm thru axels in the rear and 15mm thru axels in the front. can i convert my existing hubs? what is required? thanks!

The 142 x 12 conversion kit is not out yet - I was told to look for it sometime in March. The conversion kit for the front is super easy - takes about two minutes.
