Well, I don't have any experience with it but it appears to be more of a road seatpost than a mountain seatpost. Doesn't look like a super durable clamp system, but it's very hard to tell from some pictures on the internet.

I wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot pole (or post?). My seatpost breaking isn't something I want to risk, just picture that catastrophic failure, not pretty, is it? No babies for you. Go with something proven, like a Thomson, for $15 more and with a warranty.

Carbon and titanium is a nice mix. The vendor has good feedback. I'd say go for it.
Ebay feedback is for their sales, not how good the products they sell are. Carbon and Ti are not all created equal. I guarantee these are both low end, meaning they will lack the stiffness, strength and damping properties people expect from both materials.
