Chilhowee Trails

I will be riding the trails at Chilhowee from 7/2 - 7/5 and on the map I see several trails and I wanted to get some info on which are the best and which are the not so best. Can you rate them to give me an idea where to spend the most time riding. We do XC and Trail/AM type rides so I am not looking for any pure DH type stuff. I am also trying to get over to Tanasi for a day of riding while I'm up there.

So how would you rate the trails listed.

Benton Falls Trail
Rimrock Trail
Slickrock Trail
Clear Creek Trail
Red Leaf Trail
Azalea Trail
Arbutus Trail
Clemmer Trail

The trail system has only about 25 miles total, so it is possible to ride all of the trails in one day and even ride a few more than once. The only major suggestion is to ride down Clear Creek Trail and up Clemmer.
From the lake down clemmer is alot of fun.

I must haved missed a trail or something cause I clicked out at 20 miles ... nice climbs and decent rock gardens ... oh and GREAT weather

Thanks for the tip on the directions about Clear Creek and Clemmer

oh man was the tick situation at defcon 5 or what
I was seeing if anyone in the Chattavegas area would be interested in Car-pools to ride up at Ocoee. I have not been there in some time and would like to go with some people that know the trails. Maybe this Friday the 24th.

Check the date of my previous post. The Chilhowee ride was two weeks ago. Tomorrow's ride (July 25) is Tanasi. If you call off sick from work meet us at the Bear Paw trail head at 9 am.

Of course this invite is extended to anyone wanting to ride, not just David.
