Don't waste your money! Many a time I have seen folks bring their brand new Christmas bike they got from Walmart in to the store in January with such damage after 2 weeks of use that they end up taking the bike back to the store for their money back.
You can't get anything else in the price range listed, but as the old adage says, "You get what you pay for." This certainly rings true in this example.
OMG, a heavy e-bike with V-brakes. I smell major lawsuits in the near future. There needs to be some law that the manufacturers can get fined if they don't have proper brakes on heavier bikes. If they have that brake law for automobiles, they should have it for mountain bikes that go down steep hills.
