Hello guys I am sure this question could be asked before but after a search I could not find an answer, so here I go.
I would like to know what year this Chameleon is:

Color: Gray
Dropouts: Horizontal
Serial #: S4050128
Also in the BB tube: P04514 & C17

Thanks

By the way are those horizontal dropouts realy adjustable ? if they are, how much ? and how this afect the disck brake?
I am asking because I would like to use this frame to 650B projecty so I may need to move the rear axle alittle bit to acomodate a 2.3 panceti neo-moto

They are only slightly adjustable. The brake mount is fixed so the wheel cannot be moved that much from where the wheel is mounted with the derailleur dropout. If you run SS then you have a little play but if you are trying 650 size wheels then I doubt it would work.

I got a 17-32 setup to work on my SS with a BMX tensioner.

Let us know how the 650 project goes.
