Sup all,

I ordered a M960 Chainring for my Scalpel 3000 '03. I didn't pay attention to the bolt diameter. In the description, I can read : You are looking at a new, not used Shimano XTR FC M960 32T Replacement Chainring. Made in Japan. Bolt Ring Circle diameter 102 mm with the (v) checked instead of the (w)

So.....Will it fit my Scalpel or not?

????!!! I thought the scalpel 3000 had that funkie in house crank the big "c" makes with in the pressed in bottom bracket......I thought it was a 5 bolt crank. If you have a 4 bolt, you should be ok....

Nah, it's a 4 bolt pattern, but apparently, there's 2 type of pattern?!? Not sure, help?

It should fit fine. The current XTR crankset (2003-2006) has 146/102/64mm bolt circle diameters. I don't get that (v) checked instead of the (w) thing though...
