Hey i have a gary fisher hifi pro carbon 09. The chain came off causing it to chip the carbon frame.
I went to local bike shop they said they would contact trek but i thought i'd get some more advise on here from you guys.

Looks like only the paint/outer matrix was disturbed. If there are no fiber disruptions, I would just seal the area to prevent moisture absorption.

ok thank you for reply. how do you know if the fibres are disrupted?

i'll put some blak paint then some laquer in it and put some electric tape on there to prevent it from happening again.
