I just tore all the parts off of my Giant AC1 frame and used most of them to build up a new Santa Cruz Heckler. I installed a new cassette and chain. The rear tire is a 2.3 Hutchison.

:madman: Anyone have any ideas on this problem?

I suppose you could space your rings out a bit with a spacer on the bottom bracket but that might adversely affect your shifting. Are you sure your rear wheel is dished correctly? All I can think of...
