Here is a video from today out at Paradise on the new Cedar run trail.

I know, I need to aim the camera up just a bit.

Rad man, thanks for posting. :)

That last DH stretch is just begging for some booters eh?!
Noob fest! :)

Thanks for the full first vid of the new section.

(Just don't see lots o' room for "booters" in that last little section except for the one way trail encouragement exit feature FM...)

"objects in the mirror may be closer than they appear"
who you calin a noob! ;)

but just like we said, that last section we were working on can be riden quite fast, and straight.
I think Borneo is calling Rick a noob for futzing on the bridge.
thanks so much for posting this. Hope to ride Phase 2 this week!

That little corner where he futzed can be challenging. If you come in too slow, you'll stall against that tree to your right. If you come in too hot, you won't be lined up for the next corner and will hit the brakes and likely wash out. I dab it every once in a while when I am not paying attention. We designed it to not be easy and it looks like it's working as planned
Cool video and great looking trail. Hopefully we'll be able to journey up that way this weekend and sample the goods.

I'm stoked about finally getting a shot at it in a few weeks. Looks fun, and I haven't been there since September.
Our slacker group rode Cedar Run today; phase two is a hoot! Took me three times to clear "that little corner where he futzed" ; everything is so well built, even if the banked turns are wasted on slowpoke me!
I rode that yesterday too, excellent trail. The rest of Paradise was a lot muddier than I expected though. Slick root fun.
Good job!

Enjoyed it; A lot of effort building ladders on that trail. I'm surprised you had the legs to ride it after the NB romp on Saturday. I was cooked...
Feel free to call it "Morning Wood"

Glad to hear people are enjoying the trail!

Please keep in mind this is just the start- now that the line is ridable we're going to be adding features & improvements with the county's approval.

Currently in my yard... just need to haul these out and assemble on site.... :)

Lol... There's more too!

I am thinking up top near the entrance. Might have enough for two separate features...
Really... That would be cool. Let folks know at the get go this is not like the Mainline.

Sorry to have been MIA for couple months. Missed all the fun of the last few work parties Hope to join you guys next round...
Finally got to ride Phase2 last wkend... great line - far better the line you, Orted and I started. Like the way Chris is thinking. Can't wait to see the details of features you and Orted are cooking up.

Yeah I've been asking Brian about you. No worries, things do come up.
