I saw your thread in the Turner forum.

If you want more of an XC'ish feel, I'd go with a 550# spring. If you want more DH/FR/Lift and shutlle assisted feel go with a 500#. I have been at your weight and I'm guessing your close to 190lbs with gear, right? As far as the mounting hardware, as Character Zero stated, Malcolm will get sorted. I might even check out the Enduro mounting hardware if I were you.

If the shock hasn't been serviced in over a year, I'd go ahead and send it in and definitely consider getting the valving upgrade.

I'm running a 450 and I'm closer to 175-180 w/full gear and almost the exact same leverage ratio. I feel like a 475# or 450# w/ a 2.25" stroke rating(it's a little longer and you can wind it down a bit more for a firmer feel) would be perfect. I like to run pretty deep in the travel too.

If you are 190 geared you will be way undersprung. You be better getting a 500# unless you intend on dropping 15lbs

1/2" eyelets, yes. The Enduro kit or even the Fox kits will work (I think). Although I am a pretty big supporter of the sperical bearing from CC, if I were in your shoes and needed something right away I'd definitely look into the Enduro needle bearing option.
