No, that's a Sram NX 11-42 11 speed cassette for a Shimano HG freehub. The wheel in ur photo has an XD freehub. So you will want a Sram GX 1150 cassette. Here is a link.

It should but that will require some slight tweaking and alignment of the derailleur when setup.

And everyone is correct that is a SRAM XD freehub body. Good thing is that if you ever decide to move to 12spd SRAM you have the ability to easily upgrade without issue from the wheel.
