Anybody here ever been on the Casque Isles Hiking Trail near Terrcace bay?

Is it possible to bike on it, or is it forbidden? or too rugged? Or both? The pictures on the Terrace Bay website don't really tell me much and biking is not mentioned in the text from what I can see.

Judging from the pics some areas would look like hikeabike sections depending on your craziness.
If I lived by there and got permission I would help make that trail more bike friendly even if it would be a black diamond trail
