Casa Grande trails

I am looking for some advice on some of the Casa Grande trails. I did a search and most of the info is from the opening, a few years ago. What would be your #1,2,3 trails? I like all kinds of riding, but would like to sample the best trails in my limited time there. Thanks.

I've ridden down there a few times, fun trails, lots of rock!! Surprise, surprise.
Park at the north end, Peart TH, Take Ridge all the way south, that's my favorite trail there, then take Seriously Phil? over to East Phrickin' Butte, to Air Evac back on the Butte to Descent. Then Three Chihuahuas. From there you have some choices on how you want to return. If you really enjoyed Ridge, head back up via Max Hear Rate, then down Primordial. Then OG Connector to Infinity Connector. If you want more zig-zagging, take North Loop, else stay on Penny Lane. That should give you a solid sampling of the riding. It's often overlooked, but it's worth a stop IMO.

This is an older post from my first time there, but you'll get an idea of what the trails look like: Casa Grande

Thanks much. That gives me a lot of options, but I will have to pick and choose, as I don't have your stamina!!!
I was driving through AZ the other day and wondered if there were any trails in that CG area. Have to go back through in Jan, may plan a stop there.
I ran Ridge, Seriously Phil, East Phrickin' Butte, and then back on the same route. Also hit Penny Lane for a short stint. Rock, rock, and some more rock. Normally not a problem, but the South end of Ridge is rocky and super loose in places. On a hardtail and trying to restore my previous intermediate skill set after a two year hiatus, I ate shite there after washing out coming off a line. It was a fun day but if you don't like getting knocked off your line frequently by loose rocks there are probably better choices. Riding loose granite washes on a hardtail always makes my butt clench a little. I'll be back for sure.

I enjoyed some of trails John recommended, but ran out of time to do all of Ridge. They have done a nice job with the trails. Thanks again for the info. Plant Sky Mountain Cloud Natural landscape

I rode that little trail network when my GF & I snowbirded to AZ back in '19 -- loved it so much I wanted to go back the next day and ride it again. Talked her into going with me on day two -- she loved it, too.

Seems like there were lots more loose rocks when we rode it than I see in schillingsworth's photos. :) Was a ton o'fun in any case.
