I'm looking for a means to carry 2 bicycles and a motorcycle on a hitchmount. I really don't want to haul a trailer. I've seen dual-cycle hitch carriers, so I figure it's got to be an easy modification to exchange one of the racks for two yakima trays, right?

Has anyone seen this done or have better ideas? I don't have a front hitch for the bikes, but that would be my second choice. (Eww, the bugs, the bugs!)

that's gonna be a big, heavy, unwieldy hitch rack. i used to have a hitch mount rack for 1 dirtbike, and the weight of the dirtbike back there really made the old truck (a little girly nissan) ride low in the back. my tundra seems to handle it better. even on the tundra, which has the trd offroad package and airbag helper springs in the rear for heavy towing (so it rides high) i have to be careful on driveways and stuff. i would expect a multi-bike hitch rack to be even more of a problem. i have only ever seen multi bike racks on big motorhomes.

in my personal opinion, a small trailer would be superior in every respect.
