Is there any noticeable bump absorption difference in a carbon seat post and handle bars vs aluminium ones on a hardtail

I think Ti is the way to go for a forgiving post. As far as bars I did notice a bit more flex with carbon over Al.

CF bars will give SLIGHT vibration absorbtion, as far as posts go: i have never noticed a difference after riding an LP and an old school Easton CT2.
