I think the claim of having a stronger spoke bed with molded holes is either hogwash or totally irrelevant. I have never seen even a cheap carbon rim have a problem with weak spoke holes. I would think if the molding process is stronger then a lighter rim could be made, everything else being equal. But enve's rims are heavy.

WTB makes carbon rims with molded spoke holes.
I haven't had a chance to beat on one yet so I don't know how they feel or hold up to abuse.
