:madman::madmax:

Poor early season mistake. At stop, I stepped on downside of trail and fell over in Fruita. Cracked Seatstay on my brand new RIP 9 RDO. Second ride!!!

Calfee is only place I know of. Googled and saw other options, but not sure what's good.

Looks like based on my 1-1.5" crack, I'm in for probably $300 shipping included with 7-10 turnaround.

What are some solid alternatives to Calfee?

Anyone know what a RIP 9 RDO rear triangle replacement will run me?

Bugger, Sorry to hear.

I hope all goes well with getting it sorted.

I had a similar thing happen to me on a nearly new Jet9 RDO. The crash replacement for the rear triangle was ~$600 IIRC.

Thanks. I guess if I ever want to sell this thing I need the replacement. Much more $$ than I'd thought.

Had good communication with Rukus repair in Portland. Seems like they've done good work, have worked on Niners and it's about half the price of a replacement.

Didn't know Dick Drummond did Carbon repair. Thanks for the heads up.

Went with the new rear end. Figure the frame is now sellable if I decide to ditch it.

Between bad bolts on a jet, two frames with the headset issue and now this, I'm hoping my bad luck has ended with Niner.

At least I have a useless rear triangle sitting around.:rolleyes:

Im gonna try Drummond and see what he will charge.
