Canyons Mountain Bike Trail Blowing Rock, NC

Never been on this trail. Was in the mountains earlier today and stopped at Canyons just to see the entrance of the trail etc. Just wondering if anyone could describe this trail to me (Skill level, most technical drops etc that i'll find, and so on..) If anyone has some pictures that would be great too! Thanks guys
