I have a 06 Spec Stumpjumper with a Float RL 120mm. I have noticed that I am only getting about 4" of travel out of the fork. I have a clear dust line where the fork travel stops. I have tried everything to get it past the mark but nothing seems to affect it. Tonight I am going to try removing the air to check whether unloaded the fork will dip past 4".

Is this a common problem? I searched but couldn't find anything.
