Hi all,

Looking at a 2020 cannondale habit, it has a 30t front chainring. Does anyone know if there is clearance to put a bigger front chainring on e.g. 34t.
Ride some faster single tracks and think 30t will spin out.
Thanks

Enjoying the cannondale habit, one more question, it has the Eagle nx rear cassette, so the old type freehub. Looks like if I wanted to upgrade to a different cassette in the future, it would need an xd driver freehub. A new wheel would be the easiest option.
Looking at specs, the rear wheel is boost and AI spaced.
Has anyone tried a boost non AI rear wheel in a habit, would this mess up the wheel alignment.
Or do you buy a standard boost rear wheel and have it re dished.

Thanks

I can't find the spec's for the 2020, but assuming it's a 142x12, you'd get a wheel with that hub and have it re-dished 6mm.

C'dale gets "boost spacing" by pushing a 142mm hub 6mm to the driveside.
