Cannondale 1FG gearing

I recently purchased a 1FG and I would like to change the gearing for more speed on the flats. The bicycle currently has 32x18 - any suggestions on new gearing?

Get a 34T chainring, 16T, 17T and 20T cog

Get a 34T chainring, 16T, 17T and 20T cog. You can always 'shift' your gears in the garage depending on the course you ride next. It takes me about 10 minutes to swap out the rear and about 20 if I change out the front chain ring.
