That old lucky bike frame looks like the balance frame that I have and is being built up …

** ALL INFO IS FROM THE 2007 BROSURE I’M READING OFF**

The price of the lucky frame is the same as the F-1 .

Lucky Frame with Fox DHX 5.0 -$2349
FREERIDE /DOWNHILL
180MM-204MM ADJUSTABLE TRAVEL
FRONT DERAILLEUR COMPATIBLE
83MM BB SHELL
150MM x 12MM REAR HUB
SM- 14.5” MD -17” LG-19”

Color is not BLACK it’s hard ano frame that’s silver/grey color and you can get it with blue ,lt blue , red , white links .
For that price I would pass and stick to the Balance frame it’s cheaper $1799 with Fox DHX 5.0 and is DJ/ FREERIDE … but after talking to the brothers you can make the balance feel like a mini F-1 downhiller and how can you say no to that 

mtb_biker, you're always bringin' a hotplate to the table, good stuff, I dig it when you post up new info/topics.

I wonder if they'll have a chromo front triangle option on this badboy as well?
Hrm not sure if they'd do that or not but ya never know.

No sense in bring a coldplate to the table :winker:

Not to resurrect and old thread but what is the determined use of the Lucky? Is it an FR, AM or Mini-DH bike?

The reason I ask is I would love to get a bike from a Canfield but am unsure as to what would suit me?

thanks for any knowlege.
lucky = FR (+/- other stuff)
balance = Trail/AM/Slope (+/- some other stuff)
F1 = DH/Hugeness

that's the way I see it anyway...
