Quick question for those of you that have experience with this. I a found a good deal on a fork that seems to be appropriate enough for my bike, and would be a considerable upgrade from the headshok that is on my '93 Super V. So, I was wondering if one of the new Cane Creek XX 1 1/8- 1.5 conversion headsets would allow this conversion to happen, and if any other parts/considerations might be needed? If this does work, I would need a new stem for the bar as well right? Anyway, if you all have some isight on this it would be greatly appreciated.

I can sell you a used cane creek XX reducing headset. I bought a fork with a 1.5 steerer tube so I swapped out the reducer headset for a 1.5 in in cane creek XX. The bearings are in great condition and its only been used for summer and fall this year.

You would need a new stem to fit the 1 1/8" steerer tube. Also you need headset spacers.
