hi i was just wondering if the cage on any of the Candy crank brothers pedals is big enough to use normal shoes with if i was just riding to somones house on the road or somthing of the sort.

Yes..as long as it is an easy ride the platform is sufficient. However..the actual eggbeater part protrudes a little bit so it is not like you are riding on a flat pedal..that is why I say it would need to be an easy ride.

It doesn't really matter, any "XC" pedal platform is horrible for using your normal shoes with. Even DH and FR SPD pedals are pretty bad with normal shoes....
