Do a search on them here at MTBr and you will see scads of problems with those guys...Oh yea and look for Airbomb...That's what they use to be called...You might be in for a surprise...

I've used Bike Canada (their website is out of date - you have to call them)

Personally I've never had a problem with any of them...

of these guys. Very good on the phone, when it comes to delivery of product you either have a pain-free experience or the worst of your life. If you can get a decent enough deal at your LBS, avoiding the bikeroom.com headache is worth the extra few dollars at your shop.

Trailblazers, my favourite LBS now has an e-comm website. Their excellent customer service, knowledgable staff and great product selection are sure to be reflected in their online presence.
