Can this be done?

I have a 2020 Spec Epic HT that came with Roval carbon wheels (29er). As far as I can tell, that bike is 12 x 148 in the rear which I believe is aka boost.

Can I use those wheels on my Obed Boundary gravel bike that has rear spacing of 12 x 142?

The Obed has a shimano 11-34 cassette. The Epic has a SRAM cassette.

What would I need to buy/convert/do if this can be done?

Thanks.

Actually what hubs does it have? I think some of those Rovals use DT swiss hubs, in which case you might be able to get conversion axle caps.
Im not sure which freewheel bodies you have so you might have to convert that too.
Nope.

Can you expound on your double nopes with some detail?

FWIW, I assume he says nope based on trying to fit 148 into 142 which is a no go. But somewhere I read that to use a 142 wheel in boost, you need a 6mm spacer on NDS to do so...well, when I look at my Roval, there's a 6mm spacer on the NDS of this wheel. So, does that mean the Roval rear wheel is really a 142 wheel? And, does that change anything?
The dish of the rear wheel wouldn't line up, even if that was an extra long spacer. I kind of doubt it is, because that's not how Roval did boost to non-boost wheels originally. This is the Roval kit and it is two longer caps and a rotor spacer. https://rovalcomponents.com/products/boost-conversion-kit

I suppose it's possible that the same hub is used for both both builds and they are dishing them specific to the bike it is going on. But you wouldn't be able to swap it between bikes without re-dishing. And I'm not sure how the brake rotor location would be accounted for unless it was spaced over as well.
