I have a moots stem that has a few sharp edges where the bolts clamp together at the back. Can I send it to someone who would do it well as I don't trust myself on an expensive bit of ti.

Sounds like something Moots would help you out with, doesn't sound Moots-like to leave sharp edges, but taking a bit of sandpaper to one wouldn't bother me.
