As for just a straight whip, i think it's all in the shoulders and head, right off the lip.
The cool thing about sick whips, is everyone does them different. I think the look way sicker when they end up tabled downwards.
Me and the homeboys fiend the whips. A steezy whip beats any trick fo sho.

thank you all the tips helped a lot. what size jump is this best to practice? ( I know one that im comfortable with). For example; 1 footers, or just as big as im comfortable with?

set up for the whip off the face of the jump, then its pretty much all in the hips throwing the bike sideways...kinda hard to explain....
