Have had a couple good experiences. Currently waiting on an order though (couple of items on backorder). Getting a little restless since the order was more than 3 weeks ago, it is the busy season after all, but everything is non-essential so I'm gonna wait it out.

I ordered from them friday, and still have not recieved shipping confermation, or tracking info. I was told I would be e-mailed the info on Friday, never came.. called on Sat they said because I added something to my initial order that it would not be sent out till Monday.. thought that was strange since I ordered the stuff early in the day, and called back 20 minutes after the original call was made.. No big deal....

then no e-mail with info today... I guess I will call them in the morning, and see what is up...

I am sure it is a minor mixup, or it is probably on it's way, and they just forgot to send confirmation e-mail.

I just wanted to make sure it was not the norm with them, like some other places...

same here, although I've been ordering from them for over 10 yrs. sometimes slow to ship, but good customer service.
I haven't ordered from them since they updated their website, but you couldn't trust the 'in stock' on the old system, so I always called in orders.

I used em, wouldnt price match one fork, but did another. The 5% price smasher is cool, good CS from my experience.

I ordered by phone originaly...

Made a phone call to find out what was up.. One of the two tires I ordered (panaracer fire XCs) was supposed to be at their retail location but wasn't there. I just changed the sidewall color to avoid backorder.. all is good..... I was having second thoughts about blue sidewalls anyway...lol

i've used Cambria at least 20 times. Even had them build up 2 sets of wheels(cheap too) for training use. Zero problems ever.

I've ordered from 'em several time, no problems...had a friend ordered a fork that was on closeout, and received it....it had issues steerer tube was outta whack, looked as if been installed /removed/reboxed and returned and resold. he got his money back after his returning it.

they usually have some pretty good deals!

I've had issues with them in the past and so have many others... just be cautious and you should be ok.... I personally think Jensonusa.com is way better to deal with... although nothing beats a good LBS
