Here is another, I built it up today. It took about six hours but I am new to disc brakes and hollowtech cranks. Gears/brakes just need setting up tomorrow then I can see if it was $2,500 well spent (Mavic Crossmax wheels, Fox Talas forks and XT hollowtechs cranks did most of the wallet damage).

For now it uses a few semi-crappy bits from an old bike and comes in at 27lb 8oz (12.5kg).

Alright, this is my first post, sorry if it sucks.

I have been looking at getting a new bike for a while and have been shopping around and doing a lot of demo days. After a good friend told me about BMC, I stated researching and reading a ton of post about the bikes also following the threads on this site. I finally decide to make the jump after all of the great pics and positive words you all have been posting. I bought my TF02 frame 2 weeks ago and picked all the parts. Just did the build last night with some help from a friend.

Here are the photos, sorry about the quality but my camera sucks.

Still need to get a few things, new pedals, Push Loc, New shifters and grips. also need to do some final tweaking after getting her out on the trail.

i know porn is bad for you... but just a little tiny bit won't hurt too much, right? finally built up my new frame, with some new parts and some very old parts.... believe it or not, white isn't my idea of a good bike colour scheme, i just took what i could get, and it just happened to all be white. looking forward to getting it dirty
