Photo? Sounds like an interesting build. Need your take on the Auron fork.

hey wait. Didn't DT himself say the float x would not fit? The issue being contact with the rockers. Close up photo of this area please.

Nice build!
The gold part on your crank is a perfect to match the black.
Maybe a gold King hubs would make it more sexy too ;-)

70mm? Feels good at 70. Maybe try shorter at some point but for climbing and all around riding it feels nice and zippy for me.

I find climbing on my Spot pretty good with my 55mm and confidence inspiring everywhere else. 70mm is not crazy long but is a little XCish these days. Freebiker's profile states he is a XC rider from CA so it is not unreasonable.

great looking build, let us know how that rear shock performs....70mm is what i am running on my burner as well, but from your picture that stem looks like a 90, it may be the angle of the photo.

The rear shock feels great. I cant really say it works any better than the last fox shocks i had been using on turners. A pushed rp23 or a stock 2013 turner spec ctd.

The auron fork feels great so far. Smooth like butter, added some oil to it during travel reduction, hsc 5 clicks from open, lsc 3 clicks from closed, rebound 3 clicks from open. It was cheaper or really close to oem price on a fox and i like that the most, 550 on the suntour ebay store. Thats VALUE!!!:):):)
