Hey guys, quick question:

I have and '05 GF X-Cal (29er) with Avid BB7's. I'm having a bit of trouble attaching a Burley bike trailer to my chain and seat stays because my brake disc gets in the way. Is anyone familiar with this problem? Am I missing something? It kind of sucks because we'd like to take our 11 month old daughter out for her first bike ride.

Burley makes an alternate hitch, which replaces the rear QR skewer. If your rear hub is a bolt on you might be out of luck with discs.

Go with the QR skewer. It is worth its weight in gold!! I dont have a Burley, but I do have a Chariot and the QR mount is very nice and easy to use.
