Building a DJ bike, need advice

On a budget...but i know it can be done. So can i have suggestions for a good fork, frame, wheels and crankset? just the basics...thanks,

Giant STP /Specialized p bike frames can be had very cheaply (just snagged a STP frame for $100 in great condition) used.

wheels.. azonic outlaws would be good choice for a cheap bomber wheel
