Build kit
What's the best FR build kit for like $1000 or should i just get a 05 Stinky?

it is a pretty decent build up. the only thing i would change is the headset because i have herd the fsa pigs have problems with there bearing. the pig pro has sealed bearings. i would say for the price go for it. if you bought the parts indvidual (sp) i would cost you a lot more. you might want to look a some of go-rides build kits too. i dont remomber the pricing though.
The Go-ride build kits are kinda expensive. the 05 stinkys are supose to be a badass frame. i dont have any expenance on one but hell its a stinky. i wouldnt put that build kit on a hardtail. what are you ride right now. i think i would go with the stinky. are you looking at getting the whole bike or just the frame? what is you budget
i have a Ironhorse warrior comp, and am getting into freeride. im looking for a buildkit and frame or complete bike.
well wheelworld right now has a complete kona stinky dee-lux for 1800 right now and that is pretty much built with the build kit at world wheels. it a pretty damn good deal. you might want to also check out pink bikes classifieds to see if you can find any good deals on there.

yeah that is a pretty good deal but the dee-lux has 1 inch more of travel front and rear and better compnents. im not saying the stinky is bad it is a great begginer bike
